Recruitment Specialist - HR
Responsible for the recruitment and selection efforts including posting positions, developing advertising/marketing strategies for open positions, leading HR social media recruiting efforts, developing interview questionnaires, screening applicants, participating in interviews, schedule interviews. Source candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues. Works collaboratively with HR Specialist with initial onboarding of new and current employees. Facilitate and assist staff in the area of training, career and professional development. Maintain and update job descriptions for all positions. Research, analyze, and prepare recruiting statistics, benchmarking and other measurements. Assists in maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner). Facilitate and assist staff in the area of training, career and professional development.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. Prior experience in human resources or recruitment role, preferred with a non-profit or organization that serves the public. Demonstrated strong analytical, detail oriented and critical thinking skills required; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
