Residential Campus Director

Responsibilties

Develop, review, and revise organizational policies and procedures, to ensure compliance with organizational standards. In collaboration with the Chief Operations Officer and Leadership team, prepare and manage annual fiscal planning and budget for Residential Campus. Develops and implements systems for inspection/audit readiness and program accountability. Participates in federal, state, and county site inspections and accreditation surveys. Provide supervision and leadership to all administrative, program, and supervisory staff. Responsible for referral and intake processes and protocols for all programs on the campus. Monitor utilization of Residential funding sources and ensure all requirements for each funding source have been met. Maintain and continuously develop positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders associated with the organization through honest and open communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work preferably in a Social or Behavior Science field. A Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred. Experience working in a residential substance abuse treatment setting. 5 years of experience in the chemical dependency and/or mental health field is preferred. A Master’s degree may be substituted for one year of experience. At least 2 years of management experience. Licensed by the State of Florida as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

Salary Rate

85,000.00 annual
