Responsible for supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process: posting positions, developing advertising/marketing strategies for open positions, and leading HR social media recruiting efforts. Assist managers in the screening of applicants and the interview process. Source candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues of best practices. Works collaboratively with HR Specialist to onboard new employees. Maintain and update job descriptions for all positions Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire Facilitate and assist staff in the area of training, career and professional development.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. Prior recruitment experience, preferably with a non-profit or organization that serves the public. Demonstrated strong analytical, detail oriented and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
