Our Family-Focused Programs
Child Welfare Case Management: Our Child Welfare Case Management program partners with families to ensure children grow up in safe, stable, and nurturing environments. DISC Village case managers work closely with parents and caregivers to strengthen family systems, address risk factors, and connect families to essential community supports.
Family Intensive Treatment (FIT): The Family Intensive Treatment program provides comprehensive family recovery support for parents experiencing substance use or mental health challenges. Family Visitation Center: Our Family Visitation Center offers a safe, supportive setting for supervised family interactions. Selected Family Interventions (SFI): Selected Family Interventions are designed to prevent substance use and behavioral challenges before they begin.
