  • Therapeutic Assistant - NBRC

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Therapeutic Assistant at the Natural Bridge Residential Center(NBRC), you will have active engagement with all aspects of clients day to day activities. Adhering to guidelines in the Residential Services Manual as well as program policies. Providing transportation for client-related services. Monitoring and assisting with client related functions such as medication distribution, drug screens, visitation, meals, hygiene, and head counts. Completing client documentation and program logs.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in working with clients in a substance abuse, mental health, or other residential setting preferred. A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field can substitute for the preferred experience.
    Salary Rate: $17.00 per hour
  • Case Manager - Deflection Program

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Perform duties to plan and implement adult deflection referrals, outpatient and drug court program case management services that include intake, group facilitation, service contact, and coordination. Conduct case management services for clients and families, which include but are not limited to, making referrals, scheduling appointments, and monitoring treatment/service recommendations. Maintain participant case files and document all client activity.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university with major coursework in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Progressively responsible related experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required college training. Knowledge of human behavior for the assessment and signs and symptoms of substance abuse disorders. Proficient computer skills. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask possess great follow-up skills
    Salary Rate: $20.00 per hour
  • Case Manager - Family Intensive Treatment (FIT)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Provide intensive case management services to program participants. Provide care coordination services to engage parents in services, collaborate with team members, and community partners. Complete needs assessments, identify barriers, and develop a family care plan. Assist program participants with referrals and linking with services. Monitor quality of care and services and update monthly plan. Attend court hearings with program participants
    REQUIREMENTS:
    A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, criminal justice, nursing, rehabilitation, special or health education, or a related field which includes the study of human behavior and development; and a minimum of one year experience working with adults with behavioral health needs and child welfare involvement; or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in another field and a minimum of three years experience working with adults with substance abuse disorders.
    Salary Rate: $22.63 per hour
  • Visitation Monitor - Part time

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Visitation Monitor, you will provide safe and supportive supervision for families participating in visitation services and assist children in the transition to different family structures. Document and complete visitation reports. Report any concerns regarding the well-being of visitors and/or staff to the supervisor. Initiate and participate in activities for staff, program and Center development.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of working with children and families.
    Salary Rate: $15.00 per hour
  • Therapeutic Assistant - SIS

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Therapeutic Assistant at the Sisters in Sobriety (SIS) center, you will have active engagement with all aspects of clients day to day activities. Adhering to guidelines in the Residential Services Manual as well as program policies. Providing transportation for client-related services. Monitoring and assisting with client-related functions such as medication distribution, drug screens, visitation, meals, hygiene, and head counts. Completing client documentation and program logs. The position ss the 3:00 - 11:00 pm shift.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in working with clients in a substance abuse, mental health, or other residential setting preferred. A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field can substitute for the preferred experience.
    Salary Rate: $17.00 per hour
  • Technician - Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Utilize computer based platforms to provide support services, reports, documents, and other correspondence as required for the specific program components. Responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, announcing and routing visitors/clients, and phone calls through the master control room at the JAC. Enter and verify the client system records (FSFN, CCIS, MIS, Medicaid, and JJIS systems). Review and obtain court case numbers (court view system). Prepare and maintain accurate log books. Assist with data entry forms as needed. Assist with same-sex client “frisk” searches when necessary. Issue and receive keys requested by agency visitors.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent with one-year office clerical experience preferred.Required to work Saturday-Wednesday overnight shift.
    Salary Rate: $15.00 per hour
  • Case Manager - Civil Citation and Outpatient

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Demonstrate skills in assessment of clients referred for diversion services using Agency Screening and Assessment tools such as the Global Appraisal of Individual Needs (GAIN) tool. Assess and manage all assigned cases and complete daily documentation of contact with clients, families, and others through agency case note. Conduct case management services for clients and families in Outpatient and Civil Citation programs, which include but are not limited to, making referrals, scheduling appointments, and monitoring treatment/service recommendations.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with course work in social or behavioral science field. At least one year of experience in the juvenile justice, mental health, and/or chemical dependency field is preferred. Master’s degree may be substituted for one year of experience.
    Salary Rate: $20.00 per hour
  • Counselor - NBRC

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    The Counselor at the Natural Bridge Residential Center (NBRC) will provide counseling, support, and crisis intervention for male adult clients in the program. Facilitate therapeutic groups daily. Must complete all documentation in the specified timeframes. This position does not directly supervise staff but will be responsible for delegating responsibilities to other staff and ensures tasks are completed.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Master’s degree in Social Work, Vocational, Mental Health Counseling, Rehabilitative, Music/Art Therapy, Family and Child Sciences, Psychology, Criminology, or other related field or a bachelor’s degree and experience in residential treatment. The counselor should maintain a professional demeanor, appropriate client boundaries, respect for authority, exhibit appropriate interaction with the staff and clients, and maintain confidentiality standards.
    Salary Rate: $21.00 Bachelors - $25.00 Masters
  • Outpatient Clinical Coordinator

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Serve as liaison to local community partners to ensure smoother transition between referral and the provision of services. Maintain list of community referral sources. Educate community partners on scope of DISC Village, Inc. services. Develop, plan, and conduct training activities for new staff, current staff, and interns. Ensure all programs have resources necessary for provision of services/contract obligations. Provide ongoing oversight of clinical documentation submitted by employees to meet DISC Village program and professional standards. Monitor case files on an as needed basis. Provide feedback regarding required clinical documentation and appropriate billing service records.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Master’s degree in Mental Health, Social and/or Behavioral Science field with a preference to a State Issued License in Mental Health or Social Work (LMHC/LCSW). Experience in Juvenile Justice, mental health, and/or chemical dependency counseling preferred. Master’s level Coordinators with a degree in an unrelated field have at least four (4) years of professional experience in chemical dependency counseling preferred. Requires a valid State of Florida Drivers’ license and proof of auto insurance. Employee must be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment. Exhibit good general quality work, dependability, and sound decision-making skills. Coordinator is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, respect for authority, exhibit appropriate interaction skills, and maintain confidentiality standards.
    Salary Rate: $25.00 - 28.85 per hour
  • Motivational Support Specialist

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Conduct pre-screen assessments, collect urinalysis samples, and additional required documentation for each referral received by referral sources. Support and utilize existing networks and coalitions within the community in order to enhance communication and increase collaboration in service planning and delivery. Monitor treatment of families receiving support and services based on assessed family needs. Identify barriers to accessing treatment and develop strategies for enhancing available supports and services. Complete and submit monthly reports to track referrals received and services provided.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor’s degree in Social or Behavioral Science field. At least two (2) years of experience in outreach services, behavioral health, child welfare, or related experience. A minimum of one (1) year of experience with substance abuse-involved individuals/families preferred.
    Salary Rate: $20.00 per hour
  • Correctional Officer

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Booking juvenile offenders. Providing supervision and other duties that pertain to the security of the youth and the facility. Perform physical demands such as standing, lifting, and passing required trainings. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Maintain positive interactions with community partners in the area of law enforcement, juvenile courts, and state agencies
    REQUIREMENTS:
    High school diploma or equivalent. Preference given to applicants with possession of a valid state of Florida Correctional Officer Certificate. Prior experience as a Correctional Officer or experience working in a state-run detention or residential setting providing care, custody, and control of youth. Required to work overnight and weekends.
    Salary Rate: $19.00 per hour
