Criminal Justice Deflection Director
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop Circuit goals and objectives and communicate regularly with program stakeholders on the review of statistical data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Serve as liaison to local law enforcement jurisdictions and community partners to ensure transition between referral and the provision of services. Educate community partners on scope of Deflection program and services. Assist law enforcement in development of deflection policies. Lead law enforcement and community stakeholders training on Deflection practices.
Attend and/or facilitate team meetings, conferences, committee meetings, and task force meetings at the agency and in the community.
Monitor case files on a regular and routine basis, working in conjunction with the Office of the State Attorney designated representative.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university with major course work in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and progressively responsible law enforcement or related experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of administrative and supervisory experience of a criminal justice program, law enforcement department or have worked in State Attorney’s office.
Knowledge of human behavior such as criminogenic risk factors signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use disorders.
Experience with public speaking, networking, and building positive relationships with law enforcement officials, court officials, and elected officials.
Salary Rate: $65, 000. 00- $85, 000.00 annual

Supervisor - Juvenile Assessment Center
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent of this position will be responsible for the overall functioning of the booking and intake unit and the administrative responsibilities within the program that operates 24/7. The supervisor will share on-call rotation responsibilities for screening review purposes and is expected to work evenings and weekends as needed based on staffing needs. Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement, probation officers, judges and other community partners. Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret written information including regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in Criminology, Social or Behavioral Sciences, or a related field and experience working in a Juvenile Justice setting.
Salary Rate: $52,000.00 annual

Screener - Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Screen and evaluate youths subsequent to an arrest. Complete detention screening and intake process. Complete case documentation in a clear and concise manner. Prepare court documentation in the required time frames. Provide crisis intervention services to clients/families. Participate and coordinate with community partners in case staffing and referrals.
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work preferably completed in Criminology, Social Science, Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or a Chemical Dependency field.
Salary Rate: $17.00

Outpatient Counselor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete comprehensive, individualized Biopsychosocial assessments, Interpretive Summaries, and additional required documentation.
Complete the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) screening to identify level of care and program placement.
Document assessment findings and referral recommendations in the clinical notes; includes writing progress notes and documenting all delivered services.
Staff each case with a supervisor, qualified professional, or designee and make appropriate clinical recommendations that will minimize future substance or behavioral disorders.
Provide individual, group, and family counseling for individuals and their families.
Coordinate with other community-based providers, including both public and private, to develop efficient processes that allow the person served and their families to have immediate access to services.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s Degree in Social or Behavioral Science Field from an accredited college or university.
At least two (2) years of experience in individual/family counseling is required if degree is in an unrelated field.
Licensure under Chapter 491, F.S. as a Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, or Mental Health Counselor is preferred.

Recruitment Specialist - HR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the recruitment and selection efforts including posting positions, developing advertising/marketing strategies for open positions, leading HR social media recruiting efforts, developing interview questionnaires, screening applicants, participating in interviews, schedule interviews.
Source candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues. Works collaboratively with HR Specialist with initial onboarding of new and current employees. Facilitate and assist staff in the area of training, career and professional development. Licensed Counselor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completes comprehensive, individualized Biopsychosocial assessments, Interpretive Summaries, and additional required documentation.

Completes billing reports required by agency for funding. Provide individual and group sessions for individuals. Document sessions appropriately and accurately. Sessions should be a minimum of one hour per week. Develop individualized Treatment Plans, with measurable objectives with individuals and review the plan on a monthly basis with the individual. Monitor the quality of care/reassess the need for service.
REQUIREMENTS:
Masters degree in a social or behavioral science field with a minimum of one year of experience in the area of substance use and/or mental health
Experience working with clients that have co-occurring disorders such as substance use and mental health and be licensed by the State of Florida as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Certified Sex Offender Treatment Professional or capable of obtaining certification upon hire.
Salary Rate: 60,000.00/annual

Counselor - Selected Family Interventions (SFI)-Leon
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide individual and family intervention services for families while following the(SFI) manual approach to services. Services will be provided in various settings but not limited to: in-home, office, and other community locations. Services may be provided on evenings as needed. Complete thorough intake paperwork and biopsychosocial assessments. Collaboratively complete individualized intervention plans with clients to assist them in identifying and reaching their goals. Conduct 60-minute individual/family sessions weekly with each client based on their individualized goals. Collaboratively complete discharge planning paperwork with clients to identify progress and any other areas of need for further referral. Complete all required clinical documentation within the required time frames.
REQUIREMENTS:
Individual must have a minimum of a Masters degree in a social, behavioral, or related field. Preferred experience in mental health, substance misuse, child welfare or related field. Possession of a valid Florida motor vehicle operator’s license and willingness to use personal vehicle in the course of employment is also required. Once employed individual will provide copy of current proof of car insurance for personnel file.

Peer Specialist - Leon
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Peer Specialist, you will work directly with clients as they navigate their journey to recovery from substance use disorders. As the clients’ direct support, you will be available to them at any time to ensure they have the support they need to find recovery. You will assist clients in navigating care from counseling sessions to medical appointments or any other assistance they need to support their recovery. This position requires a high level of communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum certification by the Florida Certification Board or an individual who has direct personal experience living in recovery from substance use conditions for at least 2 years with a minimum of one (1) year of work experience as a peer recovery specialist. Recovery Peer Specialists are allowed one year from the date of their employment to obtain certification through the Florida Certification Board. A valid State of Florida Driver’s License is also required.
Salary Rate: $18.00 per hour

Prevention Specialist - School Based
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct assessments throughout the clients engagement with the program. Implement prevention counseling curriculum to appropriate fidelity levels. Develop an individualized prevention counseling service plan. Utilizing varied treatment models to assist clients in building resiliency. Monitor care to determine if additional services are needed. Maintain files on caseload and ensure all required documentation is completed. Complete all reports and documentation required within appropriate time frames. REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Masters degree level practitioners must hold a degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or related human services field, other than Criminology.
A related human services field is a field of study with the objective of meeting human needs through an applied knowledge base, focusing on prevention as well as remediation of problems, and maintaining a commitment to improving the overall quality of life of service populations.
Experience providing direct care services to youth in an educational setting is preferred.
Salary Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Therapeutic Assistant - NBRC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Therapeutic Assistant at the Natural Bridge Residential Center(NBRC), you will have active engagement with all aspects of clients day to day activities. Adhering to guidelines in the Residential Services Manual as well as program policies. Providing transportation for client-related services. Monitoring and assisting with client related functions such as medication distribution, drug screens, visitation, meals, hygiene, and head counts. Completing client documentation and program logs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in working with clients in a substance abuse, mental health, or other residential setting preferred. A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field can substitute for the preferred experience.

Residential Counselor - NBRC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Natural Bridge Recovery Center (NBRC) is seeking a full-time counselor to provide substance abuse treatment services to clients in an established residential program located in Woodville and will work with an adult female population and/or mothers and infants in individual and group settings. This is an opportunity to assist individuals helping themselves. Evening and weekend opportunities are available.
REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Rehabilitation, Music or Art Therapy, Family & Child Sciences, Psychology or another related field or a Bachelors degree and a minimum of two years of experience in residential treatment.

Residential Supervisor - NBRC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversight of all aspects of program management and compliance with contracts and adherence to policies and procedures. Carry small caseload as needed and provide therapeutic services such as individual sessions and group counseling. Case Management services as needed with community partners, Clients family members, and/or other service providers. Conduct staff meetings and coordinate staff training. Personnel functions for staff such as hiring, time sheets, evaluations, and disciplinary issues. Completion and monitoring of program documentation and reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
The incumbent of this position will oversee the provision of clinical services and operations of a residential substance abuse treatment program and provide direct supervision to clinical staff. The successful candidate must have a Masters degree in a behavioral science field or must have a Bachelors degree in a behavioral science field and certification from the state of Florida as a Certified Additions Professional (CAP ) which may substitute for a Masters degree which is preferred. Experience working with substance abuse clients in a residential setting. Preference will be given to candidates who are licensed by the State of Florida as a LCSW or LMHC.
Salary Rate: $65,000.00 per year
