  • Selected Family Interventions (SFI) Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Develop unit goals and objectives and review statistical data on client demographics and service utilization on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Attend and/or facilitate team meetings, conferences, coalition meetings, and task force meetings at the agency and in the community. Maintain direct supervision over Administrative Assistant and In-Home Counselors throughout all program locations. Provide in-home family and individual counseling services to families when necessary, depending on staffing levels and program needs.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    A minimum of a Masters degree in Mental Health, Social and/or Behavioral Science field with a preference to a State Issued License in Mental Health or Social Work (LMHC/LCSW). Experience in Juvenile Justice, mental health, and/or chemical dependency counseling preferred. Masters level counselors with a degree in an unrelated field have at least four (4) years of professional experience in chemical dependency counseling preferred. A Bachelor’s degree and Certification as a Certified Addictions Professional may substitute for Masters degree requirement.
    Salary Rate: $52,000.00 annual
  • In-Home Counselor - Selected Family Intervention (SFI)-Leon

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Provide individual and family intervention services for families while following the(SFI) manual approach to services. Services will be provided in various settings but not limited to: in-home, office, and other community locations. Services may be provided on evenings as needed. Complete thorough intake paperwork and biopsychosocial assessments. Collaboratively complete individualized intervention plans with clients to assist them in identifying and reaching their goals. Conduct 60-minute individual/family sessions weekly with each client based on their individualized goals. Collaboratively complete discharge planning paperwork with clients to identify progress and any other areas of need for further referral. Complete all required clinical documentation within the required time frames.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a minimum of a Masters degree in a social, behavioral, or related field. Preferred experience in mental health, substance misuse, child welfare or related field. Possession of a valid Florida motor vehicle operator’s license and willingness to use personal vehicle in the course of employment is also required. Once employed individual will provide copy of current proof of car insurance for personnel file.
    Salary Rate: $17.79 per hour/$37.003.20 annual
  • Case Manager - Care Coordination

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Complete comprehensive, individualized Biopsychosocial assessments and additional required documentation. Conduct comprehensive screenings to assess for mental health, substance abuse, and risk of HIV/Communicable Diseases. Staff cases as needed with a Clinical Supervisor or designee and make appropriated recommendations that will minimize future substance abuse, behavioral and affective disorders. Identify and engage individuals who qualify for care coordination services through targeted outreach. Link individuals to appropriate treatment and recovery support services based on their past and present substance abuse history.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required in a Social or Behavioral Science field.
    Salary Rate: $16.50 - Bachelors, $18.00 - Masters
  • Visitation Monitor - Leon

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Visitation Monitor, you will provide safe and supportive supervision for families participating in visitation services and assist children in the transition to different family structures. Document and complete visitation reports. Report any concerns regarding the well-being of visitors and/or staff to the supervisor. Initiate and participate in activities for staff, program and Center development.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of working with children and families.
    Salary Rate: $15.00 per hour
  • Counselor - Youth Services

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Counselor, you will demonstrate skills in assessment and evaluation of individuals referred to the Youth Services unit, with the purpose of determining appropriateness for the Youth Outpatient and Juvenile Drug Court programs. Provide case management throughout the admission/referral process to ensure that appropriate services are received and admission requirements are completed. Develop individualized Treatment/Intervention Plans with clients and families. Provide individual, group, and family counseling for clients and their families as determined by the individualized Treatment Plan. Demonstrate the ability to write clear, concise, and thorough notes regarding the clients, their families, supervising probation officers, and all court staff, including the Judge, State Attorneys, and Public Defenders. Attend all staff meetings, Treatment Team Meetings, clinical case review meetings. Travel may be required locally, to outlying office locations, and for out-of-town trainings.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    A minimum of a Masters Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work preferably complete in Criminology, Social Science, Mental Health, Psychology, or Chemical Dependency field. Preference of Master’s Degree in noted fields.
    Salary Rate: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
  • Residential Supervisor - NBRC

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Oversight of all aspects of program management and compliance with contracts and adherence to policies and procedures. Carry small caseload as needed and provide therapeutic services such as individual sessions and group counseling. Case Management services as needed with community partners, Clients family members, and/or other service providers. Conduct staff meetings and coordinate staff training. Personnel functions for staff such as hiring, time sheets, evaluations, and disciplinary issues. Completion and monitoring of program documentation and reports.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    The incumbent of this position will oversee the provision of clinical services and operations of a residential substance abuse treatment program and provide direct supervision to clinical staff. The successful candidate must have a Masters degree in a behavioral science field or must have a Bachelors degree in a behavioral science field and certification from the state of Florida as a Certified Additions Professional (CAP ) which may substitute for a Masters degree which is preferred. Experience working with substance abuse clients in a residential setting. Preference will be given to candidates who are licensed by the State of Florida as a LCSW or LMHC.
    Salary Rate: $56,000.00 per year
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Social Work Counselor

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    A full-time Counselor is needed to conduct assessments, provide group and individual counseling and perform intervention services in an outpatient setting for adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders. The position requires the incumbent to be licensed by the State of Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a minimum of a Masters degree in a social or behavioral science field with a minimum of one year of experience in the area of substance use and/or mental health or if Masters degree is in an unrelated field of study the individual needs at least two years of experience working with clients that have co-occurring disorders such as substance use and mental health and be licensed by the State of Florida as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. If an individual has ATSA Certification (Association for the Treatment of Sexual users) they are eligible for an increase in starting salary from $60,000 as this position works with clients from the federal probation system.

  • Prevention Specialist - School Based

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Conduct assessments throughout the clients engagement with the program. Implement prevention counseling curriculum to appropriate fidelity levels. Develop an individualized prevention counseling service plan. Utilizing varied treatment models to assist clients in building resiliency. Monitor care to determine if additional services are needed. Maintain files on caseload and ensure all required documentation is completed. Complete all reports and documentation required within appropriate time frames. Research and plan education, prevention, and social skills development presentations. Foster positive relationships with assigned school to provide effective services to students
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelors or Masters degree level practitioners must hold a degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or related human services field, other than Criminology. A related human services field is a field of study with the objective of meeting human needs through an applied knowledge base, focusing on prevention as well as remediation of problems, and maintaining a commitment to improving the overall quality of life of service populations. Experience providing direct care services to youth in an educational setting is preferred.
    Salary Rate: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
  • Therapeutic Assistant - NBRC

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Therapeutic Assistant at the Natural Bridge Residential Center(NBRC), you will have active engagement with all aspects of clients day to day activities. Adhering to guidelines in the Residential Services Manual as well as program policies. Providing transportation for client-related services. Monitoring and assisting with client related functions such as medication distribution, drug screens, visitation, meals, hygiene, and head counts. Completing client documentation and program logs.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in working with clients in a substance abuse, mental health, or other residential setting preferred. A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field can substitute for the preferred experience.
    Salary Rate: $15.00 per hour
  • Residential Counselor - NBRC

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Natural Bridge Recovery Center (NBRC) is seeking a full-time counselor to provide substance abuse treatment services to clients in an established residential program located in Woodville and will work with an adult female population and/or mothers and infants in individual and group settings. This is an opportunity to assist individuals helping themselves. Evening and weekend opportunities are available.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    The position requires a Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Rehabilitation, Music or Art Therapy, Family & Child Sciences, Psychology or another related field or a Bachelors degree and a minimum of two years of experience in residential treatment.
    Salary Rate: $18.00 - $19.24 per hour
  • Recruitment & Retention Coordinator

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Develop and execute recruiting plan utilizing a variety of venues for recruitment and research new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Maintain and monitor recruitment sites to ensure accuracy and provide supervisors with appropriate candidates. Review applicant qualifications to evaluate if they meet position requirements. Maintain all pertinent applicant data. Assist with the on-boarding of new hires. Conduct agency exit interviews and property return protocols with departing staff and provide a summary report to Management Team quarterly or as needed. Attend job fairs and other activities for recruiting and agency recognition. Help staff in the area of career development, academic opportunities and any other professional development matters.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual required to have a Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. Prior experience in human resources or recruitment role, preferred with a non-profit or organization that serves the public.
    Salary Rate: $42,000.00 per year
