Residential Campus Director

The Residential Campus Director is responsible for providing primary leadership and operational oversight for the Residential Centers at the Natural Bridge Campus. Develops and monitors systems that support high‑quality residential care, strong treatment outcomes, and consistent regulatory compliance.

Essential Responsibilities

Developing, reviewing, and updating organizational policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with agency and regulatory standards. Designing and implementing systems to support audit/inspection readiness and program accountability. Participating in federal, state, and county site reviews, as well as accreditation surveys. Providing leadership and supervision to all administrative, programmatic, and supervisory staff across the campus. Overseeing referral, intake processes, and protocols for all residential programs. Monitoring the utilization of residential funding sources and ensuring all funding requirements are consistently met. Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and agencies through open, transparent communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work preferably in a Social or Behavior Science field with at least 2 years of management experience. A Master’s or  Doctoral degree is preferred. Experience working in a residential substance abuse treatment setting. At least 5 years of experience in the chemical dependency and/or mental health field is preferred. A Master’s degree may be substituted for one year of experience. Licensed by the State of Florida as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

Salary Rate

$85,000 – $90,000
