Essential Responsibilities
Perform data entry and retrieve information from various agency databases. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and greet visitors. Monitor and manage the movement of staff, clients, and visitors throughout the secure facility. Prepare and submit documents to the courts and community partners. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client logs. Prepare and order supplies as needed. Assist with client drug screenings, including observation when required.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. One year of clerical experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow strict protocols and handle sensitive information with discretion. Valid non-restrictive driver’s license from the state of Florida and proof of insurance.
Salary Rate
$15.00 per hour
