Essential Responsibilities
Complete comprehensive, individualized biopsychosocial assessments for individuals enrolled in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services. Document assessment findings, service delivery, and referral recommendations clearly and accurately in clinical notes. Complete all required documentation in alignment with program and regulatory standards. Conduct comprehensive mental health, substance use, and HIV/Communicable Disease risk screenings for all MAT participants. Staff cases regularly with a Clinical Supervisor or designee. Provide individual and group counseling for adults and their families served in MAT services. Link individuals to appropriate treatment programs, recovery support, and community services based on their history and needs.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work preferably in a Social or Behavioral Science field. Experience working in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or care coordination settings is preferred. Willing and able to travel regularly between Wakulla, Franklin, Leon, and potentially other counties served by the agency. Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance due to required travel.
Salary Rate
$20.00 per hour
