  • Visitation Monitor

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Visitation Monitor, you will provide safe and supportive supervision for families participating in visitation services and assist children in the transition to different family structures. Document and complete visitation reports. Report any concerns regarding the well-being of visitors and/or staff to the supervisor. Initiate and participate in activities for staff, program and Center development.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of working with children and families.
    Salary Rate: $15.00 per hour
  • Counselor - Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) program

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Provide evidenced-based, therapeutic services, incorporating behavioral health goals and parenting interventions. Conduct screenings, assessments, and complete of required clinical documentation. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans. On call with clients on assigned case load. Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and attend child welfare meetings and court hearings. Develop and maintain relationships with child-welfare system partners
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a minimum of a Masters Degree in behavioral health sciences, such as mental health counseling, social work, art therapy, psychology, or marriage and family therapy; a minimum of two years of experience working with adults with substance use disorders.
    Salary Rate: $26.45 per hour
  • Therapeutic Assistant - NBRC

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Therapeutic Assistant at the Natural Bridge Residential Center(NBRC), you will actively engage with all aspects of clients day-to-day activities. Adhering to guidelines in the Residential Services Manual as well as program policies. Providing transportation for client-related services. Monitoring and assisting with client related functions such as medication distribution, drug screens, visitation, meals, hygiene, and head counts. Completes client documentation and program logs.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in working with clients in a substance abuse, mental health, or other residential setting preferred. A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field can substitute for the preferred experience.
    Salary Rate: $17.00 per hour
  • Therapeutic Assistant - Sisters in Sobriety

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Therapeutic Assistant at the Sisters in Sobriety (SIS) center, you will actively engage with all aspects of clients day-to-day activities. Adhering to guidelines in the Residential Services Manual as well as program policies. Providing transportation for client-related services. Monitoring and assisting with client-related functions such as medication distribution, drug screens, visitation, meals, hygiene, and head counts. Completes client documentation and program logs.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in working with clients in a substance abuse, mental health, or other residential setting preferred. A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field can substitute for the preferred experience. Expected to maintain a professional demeanor, respect for authority, appropriate interactions skills, and maintain ethical and confidentiality standards.
    Salary Rate: $17.00 per hour
  • Residential Supervisor - Mothers in Sobriety (MIS)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Oversight of all aspects of program management and compliance with contracts and adherence to policies and procedures. Facilitate therapeutic groups, education groups, house meetings, morning meetings, support group meetings and evening wrap-ups as needed with clients in the MIS program. Carry a small caseload as needed for non-routine situations where staffing issues dictate the need. Make any needed phone contacts for case management purposes and provide the necessary documentation for the contacts. Responsible for providing weekly staff meetings with a mandatory meeting each month. Directly supervises Counselor II, the Clinical staff and is responsible for all program staff. Personnel functions for staff such as hiring, approving time sheets, conducting performance evaluations, and disciplinary issues. The Supervisor will be in the “On Call” rotation.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Criminology or a related field. A minimum of three years of work experience in the area of addiction is required. Experience working in a residential substance abuse treatment setting. The Certified Addictions Professional is recommended. Licensure under Chapter 491, F.S. as a Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, or Mental Health Counselor is preferred. A valid Florida driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.
    Salary Rate: $60,000 - 65,000 annual

  • Administrative Assistant - Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Respond to inquiries for clients and community members, describe services offered and process for program enrollment. Assists with correspondence, mailers, and inter-office communications. Manage the information and collection of client co-pays and program fees. Prepares clients with documentation needed prior to their first appointment.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    A high school diploma or its equivalent. Secretarial or office clerical experience required Demonstrated proficiency using a computer, including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask possess great follow-up skills

  • Screener - Juvenile Assessement Center

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Demonstrate skills in assessment and evaluation of individuals referred for services, to determine the most appropriate treatment modality. Serve as a liaison for clients and their families, along with referral sources, until the referral/admission process is complete. Demonstrate exceptional skills in the detention screening/intake process for clients referred to the facility including but not limited to the JJIS system, CCC reporting, and the various forms used for this process. Conducts interviews and follows detention screening criteria, for all youth taken into custody. Demonstrate the ability to write clear, concise, and thorough case notes, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with referral sources and treatment staff. Shift available 11 am - 7 am.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work preferably completed in Criminology, Social Science, Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or a Chemical Dependency field. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods. Demonstrate proficiency for all physical intervention techniques and mechanical restraints following Department Juvenile of Justice (DJJ)-approved crisis intervention curriculum and CPR/First Aid training and able to apply same to the work setting.
    Salary Rate: $17.00 per hour

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Actively engage clients to participate in daily scheduled activities. Adheres to guidelines in the Residential Services Manual as well as program policies. Provides transportation for client-related services as needed. Monitors and assists with client-related functions such as medication distribution, drug screens, visitation, meals, hygiene, and head counts. Completes client documentation and program logs.

    High school diploma or equivalent Experience in working with clients in a substance abuse, mental health, or other residential setting preferred.   • Insurance Billing Specialist

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Insurance Billing for the Agency to include Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, Medicare and Private Third-Party Payers.Ensure all claims are submitted with a goal of zero errors with timely follow-up on claim denials, exceptions, and/or exclusions. Verifies completeness and accuracy of all claims prior to submission. Reading and interpreting insurance explanations of benefits. Respond to inquiries from insurance companies, patients and providers. Assists with grant and contract billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry. Processing vendor payments, filing, and general accounting department duties as needed.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or Medicaid billing and coding preferred. Proficiency in using computer software (Microsoft Office applications), medical billing software, and electronic health record systems. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle and solve complex billing issues. Ability to multi-task and work courteously and respectfully with fellow employees, clients and patients. Preferred:Experience applying basic general accounting principles. Experience in CPT and ICD-10 coding; familiarity with medical terminology.
    Salary Rate: $21.63 - 24.03 per hour
  • Supervisor - Family Intensive Treatment (FIT)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Screen all referrals for program eligibility, draft Decision Letters, communicate with referral source and/or child welfare professional regarding the decision and document decisions via FSFN and emails. Maintain the FIT Waitlist by coordinating interim services when needed, making sure weekly contact is made with clients on the Waitlist, and communicating changes to Waitlist status with child welfare professional and/or referral sources. Facilitate weekly staff meetings to review cases, provide supervision, and facilitate in-program trainings as needed. Complete monthly/quarterly reports and submit them via teams to the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Child Welfare along. Provide direct supervision to FIT Counselors, Case Managers and Peer Support Specialists.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Master’s or Doctoral degree in behavioral health sciences, such as psychology, mental health counseling, social work, art therapy, or marriage and family therapy. An active license issued by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Minimum of three years working with adults with substance use disorders. Exhibit the ability to work with clients and staff efficiently and courteously. He/She is expected to be organized, maintain confidentiality standards, develop and maintain positive working relationships with referral sources.
    Salary Rate: $65,000.00 annual
