Bounce Back is a school-based group intervention for elementary aged youth that have been exposed to stressful and traumatic events. This Evidence-Based Curriculum utilizes clinicians to teach students ways to cope with and recover from traumatic experiences, so they can get back to doing what they want and need to do.
- GROUP SESSIONS | Our staff meet with a small group (4-7 students) for an hour once a week.
- INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS | Our staff helps each participant develop a "My story" trauma narrative. 2-3 sessions.

Bounce Back is an elementary school adaption of CBITS(Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools) for middle and high schoolers. CBITS has an extensive evidence base.
