Support for Students Exposed to Trauma (SSET) is a school-based group intervention for students who been exposed to traumatic events and are suffering from symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

In 10 group lessons, students who participate learn a wide variety of skill-building techniques to reduce current problems with:

SSET is a close adaption of the Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS) program, which has a more extensive evidence base and is delivered by mental health professionals.
