Human Resources Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Understanding the use of current technologies and hiring platforms for recruiting and retention as it relates to the agency’s human resources and talent strategies
· Provide support and guidance to the Human Resources Specialist, the Special Projects and Risk Management Coordinator and other staff when issues arise that may require discretion as inquiries and investigations are completed
· Manage talent acquisition process with duties such as recruitment and hiring particularly for managerial and professional roles as well as collaboration with departmental managers on skills and competencies for their vacancies
· Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, create internal initiatives to provide opportunities for professional development to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
· Oversee the employee evaluation system, disciplinary meetings, terminations, investigations and the daily workflow within Human Resources as well as directing all functions concerning employee relations
· Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations as well as knowledge of best practices, new technologies and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management, and employment law
REQUIREMENTS:
Individual must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with major course work in Human Resources, Business, or Public Administration.
Minimum of two years’ experience, with five years preferred or an Associate of Art or Science degree from an accredited college with major course work
in Business or Public/Personnel Administration and a minimum of five years’ experience in personnel administration. Possession of a valid Florida driver’s
license and willingness to use personal vehicle in the course of employment.
Salary: $55,000 - $62,000 per year

In-Home Counselor - FIT
The Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) Counselor will provide in-home counseling to families in the child
welfare system requiring
substance use services. The incumbent must have knowledge of, and be able to apply, recovery-based
principles and practices in
service delivery that includes addressing and documenting the client's strengths, needs and abilities. A
minimum of a Master's degree
or Doctoral degree in behavioral or health science or related field such as mental health counseling, social
work, art therapy,
psychology, or marriage and family therapy; and a minimum of two years of experience counseling working with
adults and/or families
with substance use disorders is required. Prefer experience working with dual diagnosed clients or must be
willing to develop
co-occurring therapy skills.
Salary: $17.79 per hour

Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Social Work Counselor
A full-time Counselor is needed to conduct assessments, provide group and individual counseling and perform
intervention services in an outpatient setting for adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
The position requires the incumbent to be licensed by the State of Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
REQUIREMENTS:
Individual must have a minimum of a master’s degree in a social or behavioral science field with a minimum
of
one year of experience in the area of substance use and/or mental health or if master’s degree is in an
unrelated
field of study the individual needs at least two years of experience working with clients that have
co-occurring
disorders such as substance use and mental health and be licensed by the State of Florida as a LCSW, LMHC,
or LMFT.
If an individual has ATSA Certification (Association for the Treatment of Sexual users) they are eligible
for an increase
in starting salary from $55,000, as this position works with clients from the federal probation system.

Adult Outpatient Counselor
A full-time Counselor is needed to conduct assessments, provide group and individual counseling and perform
intervention services
in an outpatient setting for adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Prefer the incumbent
will have a
Master’s Degree.

SFI Supervisor
Selected Family Interventions (SFI) is seeking an energetic, dedicated individual to provide direct
supervision to all the SFI
In-Home Counselors, support staff, and interns. The SFI Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the
program complies and

Juvenile Assessment Screener
Youth Services
The Juvenile Assessment Center is part of the Youth Services unit which offers an array of comprehensive
services
for individuals under the age of 18. These programs provide a composite of assessment, case management,
intervention,
outpatient, and other community and school-based services for adolescents with delinquency and substance
use issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Screening and evaluating youths subsequent to an arrest
• Complete detention screening and intake process
• Complete case documentation in a clear and concise manner
• Prepare court documentation in required time frames
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients/families
• Participate and coordinate with community partners in case staffing and referrals
REQUIREMENTS:

• Complete assessments using various screening tools
• Provide case management services to clients in the Adult Drug Court program
• Monitor program participants for compliance and participation in services

Recruitment and Retention Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute recruiting plan utilizing a variety of venues for recruitment and research new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Maintain and monitor recruitment sites to ensure accuracy and provide supervisors with appropriate candidates.
• Review applicant qualifications to evaluate if they meet position requirements.
• Maintain all pertinent applicant data.
• Assist with the onboarding of new hires.
• Conduct agency exit interviews and property return protocols with departing staff and provide a summary report to Management Team quarterly or as needed.
• Attend job fairs and other activities for recruiting and agency recognition.
• Help staff in the area of career development, academic opportunities, and any other professional development matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
Individual required to have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources. Experience preferred as a recruiter with a non-profit or organization that serves
the public. Prior recruiter experience may substitute for the education requirement on a year for year basis.
