Responsibilties

Completes comprehensive, individualized Biopsychosocial assessments, Interpretive Summaries, and additional required documentation. Document assessment findings and referral recommendations in the clinical notes; including writing progress notes and documenting all delivered services. Completes billing reports required by agency for funding. Provide individual and group sessions for individuals. Document sessions appropriately and accurately. Sessions should be a minimum of one hour per week. Develop individualized Treatment Plans, with measurable objectives with individuals and review the plan on a monthly basis with the individual. Monitor the quality of care/reassess the need for service.

Requirements

Masters degree in a social or behavioral science field with a minimum of one year of experience in the area of substance use and/or mental health Experience working with clients that have co-occurring disorders such as substance use and mental health and be licensed by the State of Florida as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Certified Sex Offender Treatment Professional or capable of obtaining certification upon hire.

Salary Rate

60,000.00/annual
